“I ordered a motorize blind for a clerestory window which is located about 15 feet from the floor. A handyman and myself installed it but couldn't get it to work. So, I called Blindster and she (unfortunately I forget her name) guided us through the process. It now looks and works great, but I had to use my handyman the second time and he's good but not cheap. Consider a video showing how to get the motor installed and working properly.”

“When we received our original order, one of the shades would not lower all the way, so a replacement was sent. When the replacement arrived the bottom rail was the same moss green color as the shade whereas the original shade had a white bottom rail. We now have two shades with bottom rails that don't match. Also, when we raise the shades, they sometimes don't align evenly in the raised position. These are minor annoyances and we do like the overall appearance and function of the shades. On the positive side, the customer service folks I spoke with were very helpful, and the replacement shade arrived very quickly.”

“Why do stores even sell blings anymore when there is blindsters I have zero complaints and my blinds look beautiful only took me about 2 hours to put up all 16 blinds and I got them for a third of the price I was quoted by 2 different companies!!!!”

“Product shipped on time, was well packaged, and was easy to install. The cellular shade has only been installed a few weeks in a bedroom, but currently performs as expected. Room is dark. I have not had the opportunity to use the bottom up/top down feature, due to winter weather. I am very hopeful these shades last me many years.”
