“When this shade came, it proved to be defective. I sent it back, and it came back repaired but without the correct hardware. Fortunately, I had used this company earlier and had the hardware from a shade I had removed. Then I asked for the clip for the power unit that was missing, and they sent me a new power unit. I find them easy to work with but a bit frustrating since the shade didn't work correctly the first time and the hardware was missing the second time the shade arrived at our home.”

“Blind are nice. The magnetic valence is good, but be sure to have a drill and very small bit handy. The way they packed the valences was to just throw them all into a box where they got beat up during shipping. The magnet assemblies broke out of the wood and I had to very carefully re-drill all the holes and remount the magnets. A real pain in the you-know-what in order to complete your mounting of the blinds, and probably fully avoidable if they would just pack the valences with more care. Also, one of the valences came about 1/4 in too long, so I had to use my miter saw to trim it down. Considering I bought 14 blinds the valence issue was really aggravating; but, otherwise, a decent product for the price. This is based on you getting them with a strong discount. We got ours with the MLK 40% discount and even then, the bill was almost $1400.00. You would think they could use a bit more protective wrap on the valences. Everything looks really nice once you get them up.”

Hello Steve, Thank you for your feed back. We are constantly working on ways to package and ship our products. Damage during shipping are one of the few things that as a blind online retailer we have to try and overcome. If for any reason anything is damaged we will always replace it for you. I am also sorry that one of your valances was at the wrong size. Please know if anything is damaged or done incorrectly we would be more than happy to get you replacement parts or blinds.

“Very nice window shades, they keep the light out of the room, easy to install. I would of given 5 starts but they are a little noisy when going up or down.”
