“Great process for buying blinds and saving money! The motorized blinds have a great "cool factor" ! Put these in area above a stairway that was hard to reach and they were perfect. Need a little more detailed instructions but not super hard to figure out after a few minutes of studying”

“Product is excellent. Instruction regarding connecting battery pack very poor. Same for setting up and down limits with remote. However, I found limits were properly preset, so it wasn't a problem.”

“Finally got window coverings that actually fit the size of our oversized large bedroom window! Not only do these look great but they keep the room insulated and keep the jarring sun out of our room at 6am! Because our room is a loft we had to get them motorized so I was very happy that they made motorized shades for the size we needed. Also we got 2 shades instead of one so it would fit just right but when we first installed them one of the shade was having problems going back up so we called customer service and they took care of it right away and had us return the shade to be fixed. Now it works perfect!! We are very happy with their products and their customer service!!!”
