“We needed blackout cellular shades...really long ones for our 1960 house. They were very expensive, then we found blindster...right here in Houston! The shades not only were very affordable, but they made it easy to get the measurements right and within a week, we had beautiful blinds. The blackout works...it is so flipping dark we have to touch furniture to walk around the room even in the daytime! Highly recommended!!!!!”

“This was our first order and we were not disappointed. We ordered blackout shades for our media room which gets direct sun during the day. These blinds not only block the light but they are also great at insulating against the Texas heat. We love them!”

“We had several issues with the colors. In fact they sent out the same order 3 times before they finally got it right. We ended up getting a full refund. It took over 2 months to get the order done correctly”

I'm sorry you were so unhappy. I agree that the color headrails you received were totally unacceptable (even though they were made according to normal specifications). We did change our normal specifications to a different color. I'm glad you are happy with the replacements. Thank you for your patience.

“These room darkening shades REALLY darken the room! Perfect for the bedroom! Love them! My only complaint is that I did not know the cords were going to be white, I thought they would be the same color as the blinds. Other than that, installation was super easy and the operation is smooth. I love them!”

“I spent more time removing the stupid orange warning labels than I did hanging the blinds. The Spanish version was very helpful. I want to thank the govt for saving my life......I almost hung myself. I would consider another purchase if you could assure me of getting blinds without the labels??”

I'm sorry you were not completely satisfied with your order. I do understand your frustrations with the stickers on the blinds. We are required by Federal Law for Child Safety Regulations to put all of the stickers that you see on your corded blinds. I appreciate your understanding.
