“I spent more time removing the stupid orange warning labels than I did hanging the blinds. The Spanish version was very helpful. I want to thank the govt for saving my life......I almost hung myself. I would consider another purchase if you could assure me of getting blinds without the labels??”

I'm sorry you were not completely satisfied with your order. I do understand your frustrations with the stickers on the blinds. We are required by Federal Law for Child Safety Regulations to put all of the stickers that you see on your corded blinds. I appreciate your understanding.

“I should have done this years ago. We have several windows that allow lots of sun and heat into the living room in the summer. These do a wonderful job blocking all this out. Makes it easier to watch TV also.”

“The look and use of the blinds are great. We ordered the white color which people were concerned would not block out light as well, but they block out light very well. We also asked for a longer cord and I was contacted about this and they took care of it at no extra cost. The only issue was that it took longer than 7 days to receive the blinds, which was an extra unexpected delay. In the end, they look good and work well.”

I'm sorry you were disappointed in our delivery time. The order was sent to the factory on 7/31 and was shipped on 8/7 (5 business days) which is within our 5 to 7 business day production times listed on our website. Delivery was on 8/12 (3 business days) which is less than the 1 to 5 business days listed on our website.

“Shipping time less than expected; husband installed blinds easily. Good quality. These are blackout shades and they work great. I probably would have added 1/8" or less to the width to get total blackout as there is a small strip of light on each side during day light hours. Very pleased any way!!”
