“The brackets did not clip the shades easily. My husband said they were cheap. Also the continuous loop holder broke. I like the look of the shade but would have been happy to pay a little more for an easier installation and parts that would not break when removed from the box.”

I'm sorry you aren't happy with your shades. We don't usually have complaints about the brackets on this product. This factory only manufactures premium, custom-made cellular shades and uses only the best components available. I will contact you directly to see what we can do to solve your problems. Maybe the broken continuous loop holder is causing these issues.

“I needed to replace 3 shades in our two guest rooms. They were previously (Hunter Douglas). When I checked with the HD dealer I thought they were joking when they told me the price for just one shade. Of course their reply was that they had great quality (NOT TRUE). The quality of the blindster.com blinds was every bit as good as HD (probably better) and they cost me less than 1/3 of what the HD dealer wanted. Installation was a snap and they are BEAUTIFUL!!!”

“I bought black out double cellulars with a continuous loop chord. They were easy to install and the fit is perfect. My only feedback comment is that the packaging could have been better. The sides were well reinforced but not the ends. One end of my package was busted half open. Please reinforce the ends of the boxes. It is a long way from Texas to Maine.”

“Ordered, delivered, installed all in about a two and half week time frame. Not bad for a custom built product. Fit and finish as expected no surprises. Next blind order will also come from them.”
