“These are just OK. I've had a lot of the Home Depot style ones throughout the years, and I thought I was "splurging" with these more expensive shades. Unfortunately after mounting 2 of them, I'm disappointed. The longer one has a VERY weak spring, but then will all the sudden decide to get strong and whip closed, completely off center, and rotate itself around several times. The other one functions fine, but is really of no higher quality than the cheaper HD ones that I can get across the street. Won't be ordering these again.”

“I ordered 7 blackout, remote, roller shades. 5 of them were perfect but 2 were 1/4" off (my windows aren't as level as I'd like) and were unusable. I contacted Blindster and they sent me 2 new ones immediately and only charged me for 1. Now my living room with 7 large windows facing the bay/northeast sun are only a click away from being shaded.”
