“Roller shade was the best option; I was able to get the wide size needed at a price much less than other online and local options. Installation went without a hitch. I do think they could have made the gap on the side opposite the control thinner. While cloth, the vinyl coating makes them appear to be vinyl. This will be better for my kitchen application, but they don't look as good as cloth would.”

“These shades did not fall well, the roller on one did not work properly, the extra hem I added was not straight on at least one, and one was frayed on the edge. So, after opening 4 of the 10 I ordered, I stopped opening and sent them back. This being said, I must point out is my 8th purchase from Blindster.com. I have loved everything else, all well made and easy to install. Blindster was wonderful to deal with when I sent them back.”

I'm sorry you weren't happy with the shades. We have received the shades back at our office under our Satisfaction Guarantee and issued a refund for the order.
