“I ordered two shades. One fit perfect. The second was about 1/16th of an inch too wide which caused the shade mechanism to bind when the chain was pulled to bring the shade up and down. I'm afraid using so much force on the chain will eventually cause the chain and chain sprocket to break.”

“The blinds look pretty good. I had two sizes, one wide blind and one shorter. The mounting brackets do not match and put the blinds at different heights (or depths if wall mounted). Silly oversight, but these two blinds are right next to each other, so it doesn't work. Same product, should have the same brackets regardless of blind width.”

“The roller shades are great quality and really block the light. I gave them four stars due to some material wrinkling that never "relaxed". HOWEVER, Blindster support was outstanding and they would have replaced them but I chose not to deal with having to remove my shades due to my own valances being to tight over the shades.”

“These blinds seem to work well mechanically, and the plastic bead chain seems pretty strong and will probably last. I was a little disappointed on not understanding the locking mechanism on the bottom of the chain that it must be installed under detention or it will not work at all. But if you install it right, it seems like it’s pretty good. I did a 3 inch lap over my windows, but I still get some light coming through. I suppose that is because the design keeps the blind away from the window at least a half an inch and naturally light can bounce out into the room. Maybe they could come up with some kind of an edge strip to prevent that. But overall, I’m pretty happy.”

“Our blinds arrived and were easy to install with just a few tools. We mounted this blind on the outside of a French door to block lights and sun in our bedroom. Aside from a few mistakes I made in programming, it all went smoothly. The blinds work great and look nice, plus they effectively block the light. Thanks Blindster Team, and thanks to our neighbor who recommended your products. We will be purchasing more blinds in the near future.”
