“The directions were a still for the old tensioner and I was having an issue with installing the new one and getting it to work. I spoke with Kim and in less than 10 minutes, she helped me out and the shade works great My only feedback (but it does not change my rating), is to add an extra sheet in the bok explaining the new tensioner operation until new instructions can be included.”

“These things are cheap. It’s a shade adhered to a cardboard roll with double sided tape. Broke off in 3 days and is not useless”
