“When our shades arrived we were missing one set of the mounting brackets. I called and Crislyn sent me out the brackets on the next business day. Needless to say we were very happy with the quick turnaround time! I made the cornices for a more finished look and things turned out very good. I will try and attach a picture. The shades are well made and definitely keep out the light and with the great customer service you all will knock it out of the park!!”
