“As for the product itself, the quality is what to expect for the price range. We are currently waiting on another order which means we were happy with the first set. In the first order we had two identical blinds. The window was exactly 71.25" wide so I odered them 71" to be safe. When I received them, one of the two shades was too long. Even if I forced them the spring tab on the end of the blind would've been presses into the paint on the window frame. I was able to completely unroll the blind, detach just a small corner of the fabric and cut off .25" from the center tube with a hacksaw. It fits now. The other blind fit just barely. If I would've ordered the actual 71.25" size of the window it wouldn't fit. The tube on that one has a .25" deflection in the center from being perfectly straight, so when you roll it up and down it bounces in the center and it looks a bit saggy on the window. But for less than $100 a blind they are satisfactory.”

“Works great to block out the evening sun and avoid a hot room. Easy to install. I had a bit of an issue with the raise and lower mechanism but was able to adjust it to correct the problem. Would buy again.”

“We were excited to get this in and installed. We shopped around and the price seemed very good. Installation was easy, and the shade fit perfectly. The product was a little lower quality than I expected based upon the pictures, but not enough for me to complain. Then while I was traveling for work, my wife called and told me that that shade had quit working. Upon further inspection, the "metal" piece that causes the roller to catch had already worn through. The price was good, but I don't consider it a value if it stops working. We are going to call Customer Service and return.”

“Shades do not roll up evenly, the shade slides off the edge of the roller. They are only a few weeks old and the sides are already fraying.”

“I love my roller shades but my only complaint is that they are a little tough to open. An elderly person would have a hard time opening them or would not be able to open at all. Other than that the quality exceeded my expectations. I've been searching for blackout roller shades for quite some time and now I've finally found one that is excellent quality and actually blocks out the light very well.”
