This are not attractive cheap looking blinds. Also the color is different than the website showed. I will not be using them.

Needed to mount from the ceiling. Got side mounts. Already paid guy to come out and install so this was an inconvenience.

the mount we got for our spring loaded shade didn't work so I had to run to Home Depot and rig something else up.

While we have been quite satisfied with your products in the past (e.g. four light filtering pleated shades "" attractive and easy to install), we are extremely DISAPPOINTED with the products recently purchased (order EPI1362610) and are requesting that ONE of the shades be replaced. 1. Product EPI1362610/2 "" width: 28 inches; height: 38 inches "" outside roll. A. The product does not fully roll-up (4" hangs down after roll-up). B. We believe the product is DEFECTIVE and should be replaced. C. While the ordered width is 28", the fabric roll measures 26-3/4" (and the overall assembly measures 27-1/4" o/o dimension). So that we can use the mounting brackets already installed, a replacement should conform to the measured fabric roll dimension of 26-3/4" (and the measured overall assembly of 27-1/4" o/o dimension). 2. Reverse Roll Hardware: For a reverse roll product, your October 6 pictorial instruction was to install the locking bracket with the flange facing outward. This is VERY unattractive and LOOKS STRANGE! (with left bracket facing inward and right bracket facing outward). A. Blindster should provide DIFFERENT locking brackets for standard products (as furnished) and reverse roll products (fabricated so that ALL flange faces inward). B. NOWHERE is the orientation or final appearance of the locking brackets defined in on-line ordering literature; accordingly, an informed decision by purchaser CANNOT be made. 3. Misleading information: the actual roll fabric dimension for our 28" order was 27-1/4"; the actual roll fabric dimension for our 41" order was 39-5/8". Your customers would be better served with accurate information regarding roll fabric dimensions at the time of order. 4. Hardware Installation instructions: We anticipated installation instructions with guidance to centerline of installation hole dimensioning when the package was delivered. There was NO installation instructions. We installed these products at a location that does not have reliable internet service. Many places in US have NO reliable internet service. Once we could get Information from on-line resources, we discovered that the information YOU provide on-line is scant and NOT USEFUL. We were forced to coordinate with your Customer Satisfaction Team Representative on 10-1-17 "" all we received in return to a detailed series of questions WAS a photograph (received on 10/6/17). A. Your customers would be better served with information regarding hardware positioning and dimensioning at the time of order. B. Your customers would be better served with more precise information on actual roll dimensions provided and their relationship to hardware. As this critical information was not provided to us, we were forced to fabricate other hardware assemblies to connect to the hardware furnished to fit our condition (for the 41" roll). Thomas G. I got a blackout roll-up shade in white for my son's nursery. It does a good job of blocking out the light however I noticed after install that there is a small hole in the shade (about a cm big). Honestly, I don't have time to uninstall it, return it and reinstall a new one. I wonder if they have a little patch kit?
