“The first order was ok... was able to install. Second required a phone call. Third, of inferior quality as to the raising and lowering mechanism on the shades, remains a work in progress. Not sure they will work...”

“Worst quality, overpriced blinds ever! They were marketed as black out shades and they are not even close! Want my money back please!! I have already emailed you about this and have gotten no response - terrible customer service I would like a full refund!”
