“Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and it did not fit. I was happy with the quality of the product but it was too large. Your customer service rep, Daniel, was extremely helpful and efficient in helping me donate the shade to Salvation Army and processing my refund. I would definitely order from Blindster again.”

“Inside mounting. The installation details on the website show that the brackets can be mounted to the sides or the top. Upon receiving the shades, the installation guidelines stated to only mount to the top. This was unacceptable for many reasons. Obviously, the engineers have never performed this or know the difference between pull -out and sheer forces. My only other issue was incorrect mounting brackets were sent for one of the shades and after waiting 2 weeks for the correct brackets, I still do not have the correct items.”
