“Measured multiple times to ensure my measurements. Really liked the ability to label each item to the window I measured. The shade came, with the indicated window I had measured for, which made install easier. Order process was only stressful as I didn't want a mess up on my part, even though they have a guarantee one still has to pay for the shipping of incorrect part back.”

“The shade roller does not roll up away; it appears to loose it's spring response roll-up. It is a hassle for me to continually have to remove / re-install the roller shade to tighten the spring mechanism because it is behind a valance boxed cover making it a tight fit to work inside.”
