“While I was ordering the blinds I had a Blinder rep on the line. Gave her the measurements of our windows, panes and openings. Got the blinds, they were very nice. Only problem was the shades themselves were too narrow for the windows. I have been very ill and have not been able to call to straigthens this out. I would blame the error on my bad measuring if I hadn't had the rep on the end of the phone. I gave her the measurements of the window pane and that the shades at that measurement would not cover the entire window opening. I was told they take that into consideration. Guess not.”

“Love the simplicity of the look of this roller shade. Ours were wide and required the chain to lower & raise. The shade seems well made and operates perfectly. Love it!”

“This shade does a fantastic job blocking the light and not letting the4 sun blind us every morning BUT I wish the chain had been at least as long as the shade.”
