“We are enjoying our new blinds. The order, delivery and installation went smoothly. We looked up the video on the web site to walk us through the installation. That was my only complaint - the how to video was a bit difficult to locate. It would have been nice if it was labeled more clearly and we could have gone right to it. The product has exceeded our expectations.”

“They sent an attachment bracket that won't clip on to the blind that I ordered. Very frustrating to take everything down and attach the new brackets (creating a slew of new holes) only to find out that the brackets don't work. I would like to figure out how to return the blinds please.”
