“I did not receive all the hardware I needed to hang the blinds and also had a broken grommet that needed replaced. After a couple phone conversations and e-mails with Blindster, we got it all figured out. Very good customer service and genuinely want to help.”

“Over 4 years ago I ordered cordless cellular blinds for 18 windows in my house. Every blind is still up and functioning the same today as they were 4 years ago, except for one... After remodeling and changing out the window extensions and casings to use larger moldings, my old black out blind I got from Blindster 4 years ago was just a little too big for a 3 double hung window unit that's in my family room. I ordered the exact same one just a bit shorter and was happy with the quality once again. They have quick turnaround and I got my blind shipped from Texas to Ohio in less than a week from the time I placed the order.”

“Measured and ordered and received what we expected...great way to purchase blinds and at a reasonable price. Missed the Labor Day sale by one day...could have saved 10% more...would have been nice to know.”

“The blinds were perfect and just what I wanted. They are truly blackout and do not let light through. The customer service rep that I spoke to about measurements was extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend Blindster to family & friends and would buy from them again. Prices were excellent!”
