“The blinds came with the incorrect hanging brackets. I put up the brackets without checking them(I'll never do that again), and I have been without any shades ever since. It was hard to catch up with anyone there because everyone seemed to go on vacation at the same time. I just got new brackets in the mail yesterday, but they were the same incorrect brackets that came with the blinds. I am supposedly getting the correct ones today. I hope so, because I am going blind looking into the Sun every afternoon as this shade belongs in my office. The temperature gets up to 95 degrees in here with the sun blasting in. It is killing me.”

I'm so sorry that you have so many problems getting your brackets. This is inexcusable. I will call you and get this resolved right away.

“I am very disappointed in the quality and wish that I would have paid a little more and gotten better product? Initially these were great but after 8 months they do not raise fully and the left side is higher than right side. I tried the resetting technique and no luck. I sent a ticket in and waiting to see if there will be a resolution? I rarely write reviews but frankly I feel taken for a ride ..... 8 months later and they are pretty much have to stay in a down position or halfway. ORDER : #641144 Lets see if there "Lifetime Warranty" or any warranty will be honored. Waiting on Blindster now for a resolution. I hope I just maybe received a "dud" but will wait and see....”

I'm sorry you are having problems with your cell shades. This problem will be covered under our warranty. I will contact you to get this taken care of right away.
