I have placed four separate orders with Blindster while outfitting my new apartment with custom blinds in different configurations. The blinds have been perfectly built to my measurements each time, and they look better in person than the website can show. Custom hanging brackets are well-engineered and hold tight. On one of my orders, I mis-measured and required a re-make. The Customer Rep from Blindster was kind enough to re-manufacture the shade(~$100 blind) at no charge to me other than shipping. Overall, impressive selection, quality and price. I have a few windows left to cover, and I'll definitely buy from Blindster again.

These shades were just the thing for my newborns room. This is my 3rd order from Blindster and they got it just right.

cant figure out how to even out the sides. the left side doesnt go down as far as the right and the right side sags down some when the blinds are up.

My wife and I are happy with the blinds we purchased for our bedroom. The blackout feature is nice for our odd sleep schedules. I was a little disappointed that the fabric on the headrail was peeling off when I opened the package to inspect the blinds. After a few attempts I was able to get the adhesive to reattach. There was a small crease in the fabric as well that appeared to be due to rushed workmanship. I assume this was due to the manufacturer being in a hurry to fill orders. That assumption is based on the fact that it took a month to get our blinds. We ordered on December 13th and they arrived on January 12th. With the holidays in the middle of that I can understand a reduction in productivity. I would have appreciated more communication in the interim though. As I said though, the final product was overall worth the wait. I will likely order again for other rooms in our home, but will simply adjust my expectations a bit. Thanks.

We are very pleased with the blinds we ordered. They took 10 days longer than estimated delivery, but it was right before Christmas so I guess that was expected. They did come before the holiday, so that was fine. The only issue I would have is that we ordered the over the window blackout blinds, and they are not flush with the wall, so some light does leak out at the sides.

Would love to review the shades that we ordered, but still have not received them. Door shade was received 12/23/15 and it seems to work real well, however, still have not received our window shades, and it's now 1/7/16.
