Would love to review the shades that we ordered, but still have not received them. Door shade was received 12/23/15 and it seems to work real well, however, still have not received our window shades, and it's now 1/7/16.

Wow where to begin.. Here are some facts I faced when ordering from Blindster. 1. Ordered on Nov 30 due to a black friday coupon code. Didn't receive my order until December 19th. I requested some updates after the 10th business day waiting and their email reply suggested someone would contact me with an update. Nobody contacted me. 2. After ALL the delays in shipping, I finally received my order.. but it was the wrong order! I emailed blindster to let them know of the issue and didn't receive a reply until... 3. They sent FedEX to come pick up the package so that it could be returned to Blindster for a refund. I have no problem with this other that Blindster failed to tell me they requested FedEx to come pick up the package.. So when the FedEx guy woke me up (I work third shift) asking for a the package he was to pick up.. I was very confused. Blindster alerted me to the Fedex pickup via email, but only AFTER Fedex had already come to me. So I called up Blindster to complain and after explaining the situation to a rep I was put on hold to speak to a manager.. WELL, i was forgotten on hold and after waiting for so long their phone system hung up on me. WHat an awful experience.. From the mistakes to the poor customer service.. If you are lucky and they get your order right, then great. If you're not lucky and someone messes up... well goodluck with this company. My experience was so horrible I wouldn't recommend them. At least if they tried to make up for wasting my time and causing me frustration as a customer, I would be of a different opinion. Ultimately, this company didn't care or even attempt to communicate with me properly throughout the issue.

I apologize for your experience. Your order was not only delayed with the high volume during the holiday season but there also was a mistake by the factory and you were shipped the wrong order. On top of that our customer service did not keep you up to date on the status of your order. I'm sorry for the frustration that this experience has caused you. We normally bend over backwards to apologize and remedy any situation. However, your last email to us went to a spam folder because of the profanity and vulgar content that it contained. By the time I saw your last email to us we had already fully refunded your money for this order and I felt it was best to let the communication trail end. Thank you for your professional and courteous review.

Rec'd and hung blinds. Very satisfied. Really wanted top down bottom up, but length I needed too long.why not make them in longer lengths??? I know I'm not only one with 82" length.

Overall, pretty good. Had to call service/sales to send missing hardware which I have yet to receive. Stay tuned.

When I purchased the shade I also purchased the 10 year accident protection plan. When the shade was installed the box was thrown out before I got to see if there was any paperwork for this protection. Could you send me it again if it is required? The shade is perfect. Thank you.

Installed my blind in less than ten minutes. Fit was right on. Very happy!!
