“Ordered a wide and long blackout roller shade. Delivery was slow. There is a seam across the width of the blind that not only allows light through, but it catches on the window trim every time you lower the shade. There should be no seam! Installation instructions were less than friendly. Either my window is not plumb or the vinyl is not. Took several tries (using a level) to get the bottom edge to be the same length across the width of the window.”

“Color on blackout shade behind bright window is much lighter than that expected and apparently where wrapped on pull. My worse problem though was failing to order reversed so that color would be against the window. Installation instructions should note that chain pull disc diameter is greater that the bracket width; thus requiring at least 1/8" offset from any abutting surface.”
