“Purchased 1 roller shade to try out. The quality of the shade and hardware are very good. The problem is that it didn't roll up evenly, so I put tape on one side of the roller to solve the problem as stated in instructions to fix the misalignment problem. I purchased another roll up shade and exactly the same problem. I would think if they were manufactured correctly or had better quality control, this problem would go away. It takes some time to get the right thickness of tape for the shade to roll up evenly.”

“3 of 4 blinds wind up crooked despite being unwound and completely rolled up again. They are either cut wrong or attached uneven. Sewn in bottoms of instead of plastic welded. Poor quality compared to other discount online blind companies”

“I purchased two room darkening shades. Neither was of the quality expected from Blindster. One shade would not retract at all. The other shade was mounted off center on the roll.”
