“We had a lot of problems with our spring loaded blackout roller shades. The spring had sprung on every shade we ordered. We did two returns and re-orders and experienced the same problems. The staff at blindster was very helpful and courteous and were pleasant to work with and helped us get our refund”

“Very disappointed in these shades, which were not inexpensive. The shades weren't securely fastened to the roll. I had to hire someone to repair all five shades. Blindster is not a bargain.”

“Pretty but the chain operation is too short. Shade is over kitchen sink. Chain should be as long or longer than the window length. I cannot find a replacement.”

“Blackout curtain looks as expected and was simple to install. The only issue was it was bent in the middle during shipping. I was able to bend it back but it left a permanent crease in the vinyl. It is installed behind another fabric curtain in our theater room so the crease is covered. Not worth the hassle of returning.”

“The shades came. They were to tight to install on inside so I had to install shade on outside of window frame. It took much longer than expected to install.”
