Both times I was told that I would hear back from blindster via e-mail but never have got any response, one of my questions was answered after I called a second time asking about it. but still waiting to know what is going on with the other.”

“The blinds were easy to install. Measurements were correct. They have no odor to them like many vinyl products. I still think they are pretty expensive for ordinary shades.”

“With great reviews I expected better! The plastic is nice enough but the fringe is very shoddy with loose threads at the ends and a loop haging almost 2 inches below the fringe. Hope it doesn't unravel the rest if cut. There is also a brown thread sewn into my ivory fringe which looks like a very small stain but isn't. There were 2 small globs of gray glue on the shade itself which I scraped with my nail. Tried to wipe residue with damp towel but two spots remain. Want to know safe removal method. I tried to fit this shade on my old brackets but is was at least 1/4" short. To avoid hassle of return, I waited for installer who also put up roman shades ordered later. Used one of the brackets which came with the shade. The other was for the wrong side but he was able to use my old bracket on the right side. The gap between the wall and the shade using blindster bracket is about 1". Gap on right side smaller with old mount. Like material and reverse roll option. Don't buy ugly fringe!”

“My original order came with a blind with the spring sprung so didn't work, replacement blind would not work at all. The time spent on these 2 blinds is not worth it. There is no one from manufacturing that will contact you and the people with customer service at Blindster don't know what to tell you. Still waiting for a resolution after dealing with these for 5 weeks.”

“Trying to find the right "look" fir the window shades in our 1887 Victorian was hard until I discovered the Blindster vinyl roller blinds with scalloped fringe edges! They were easy to measure and install and the house really looks "right". Thanks!”
