“Ordered 4, they exceeded my expectations. Ordered the remainder (for our home). I made an order error (wanted metal chain, ordered plastic). They shipped me replacement metal chains free of charge. Hardest part of install is making sure the roller is horizontal. Critical on tall windows.”

“The product is so well made that it became apparent that my windows were not cased as well as they should have been. If your trim is not square, level, and plumb you made need to shim the brackets in order to get the blinds to function properly. Great product! I will be purchasing more as we remodel other rooms.”

“My fault-I didn't read enough about the shade that the valance was only available with the original order, but now I have to either replace entirely, put up a curtain or leave it looking unfinished. A warning when I went to checkout would have been a good thing.”
