“Blinds were a 1/4" short making roller fall out. Instructions were vague. Precision installation required or roller became stiff. My new window trim has multiple holes from my efforts. Stitching on hem bar was sloppy, with clumping thread. Reverse roll hangs chain behind shade promoting excessive wear side of shade. Hardware is ugly, a valance will be required regardless. Plastic hardware may not last 20 years. Shade material seems to be best of the samples I reviewed. After installing one shade, I looked for better quality in stores. All shades like this have junk plastic hardware but these blinds are 1/3 the cost. I would prefer a solid metal header mount that the blind can snap into but so far, I cannot find this kind of product. I expect it would cost more as well. I expect to buy 22 more blinds from BLINDSTER as this product still seems to be the best value available.”

“Very pleased. Great value. They look very rich looking. Kids love them. The boys always were pulling the blinds of the window and manage to bend the slats. I think the shades will hold up a lot better. Great price. I intend to buy more as i need to replace some window treatments with your great colors”

“The shades I purchased for dad's house were for the front picture windows. It was put into three nice pieces when put in. The problem was he has a great vertical blind that broke and could not get if fixed because it is no longer made and the manufacturer is gone. He is on SS, and could not afford a new one. I live on disability and I could not afford new one for him. We found your website and the pull down shades at a great price. When they came to the house I was confident, plus if they were not good we could send them back. He loves them. They match the room very well. Our measurements were perfect and you made them perfect. I am going to need some from you for my new apartment. I am sure you will be my first choice. Thanks again for such a great job.”
