“My original order came with a blind with the spring sprung so didn't work, replacement blind would not work at all. The time spent on these 2 blinds is not worth it. There is no one from manufacturing that will contact you and the people with customer service at Blindster don't know what to tell you. Still waiting for a resolution after dealing with these for 5 weeks.”

“Trying to find the right "look" fir the window shades in our 1887 Victorian was hard until I discovered the Blindster vinyl roller blinds with scalloped fringe edges! They were easy to measure and install and the house really looks "right". Thanks!”

I'm so sorry you had a problem with your installation instructions. We have recently re-written all of our installation instructions. The new and improved versions are now posted on every product on our website (scroll down to the bottom to download).
