“1 blind was too large to fit. 2 others have bad springs so shade only goes up a couple of inches, complete waste. Poor quality!”

I'm sorry you aren't happy with your shades. There are several options we can try to remedy all of your issues: 1. We can replace the 1 blind that is too large to fit. If the factory made a mistake, we will replace the shade at no charge. If you need it at a different size we can replace under our fit or free policy for a cost of $15 plus the price difference (if any). 2. We have a video available that tells you how to adjust the cordless lift system so that it will work properly. If this method does not work we will replace the defective shades. 3. You can return the entire order to us and we will refund the cost of your shades. Thank you for your patience.

“I WORK FOR A SUPPLY COMPANY AND MY CUSTOMER WANTED THE OLD FASHIONED VINYL SHADES. I WASNT SURE WHAT TO FIND. BUT THE HELP THAT I GOT WITH THE SALES PERSON FROM BLINDSTER WAS TREMENDOUS!! HE PROVIDED ME WITH A PICTURE AND SIZES TO SEND TO THE CUSTOMER AND WE MADE THE SALE. THE CUSTOMER IS VERY SATISFIED AND WILL PROBABLY MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE IN THE NEAR FUTURE. THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH FOR MAKING MY JOB EASIER!”

“Nice shade and works well. The only criticism I would lob would be to make the instructions a bit more clear. I am very handy and could figure it out, but a novice may have trouble figuring out mounting of the shade. To the Blindster reps, reading the instructions may seem very intuitive to you, but you need to write the interactions with the novice in mind. Other than that, great shade, great price, fast shipping.. all good.”

“I purchased these to accompany Smith and Noble roller shades that pre-existed when we bought our home. I think the measuring algorithm is slightly conservative...something that probably helps when poorer or builder-grade construction exists. On a carefully built custom home the algo. leaves slightly too much width between the edge of the shade and the sill. But the shades operate well, look great and are of heavy, durable materials. I'm very happy with the look and more than happy with the price.”

“Blindster's customer service really came through for me. I had ordered two roll up shades, each with inside-mounting hardware. When they arrived I noticed that I had made a mistake by ordering inside-mounting hardware, it was too large for the limited space around the glass. I e-mailed Blindster's customer service rep, told her of the problem and I said I would need to order blinds of a different size, with outside-mounting hardware. Blindster's rep told me that was not a problem; simply return the shades sent to me, include the new size and hardware request, and they would happily exchange them. All I had to pay was return shipping and a small processing fee. The new shades fit perfectly and look great. I am completely satisfied with Blindster's quality shades and their outstanding customer service. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.”
