“Excellent customer service. Quality of honeycomb blind product not as good as I had hoped. Diifficult to lower shade without pulling on on bottom of shade. Considering going with another blind company for rest of house.”

“I received the blinds and they work fine except I never received the 2 parts where you attach it at the bottom. With those 2 parts I need the end caps on the bottom with the hole in them for the part to clip into. I am ordering another blind today and I will need these bottom clips for that blind also. I do worry that the strings in the blind might break and since the blind is so large(& heavy), and the magnets barely work holding it up at the top. For this reason I give it a "Good" quality.”

“The blinds seem to be well made and were easy to install. The blinds came with the incorrect mounting hardware. I contacted the company, they replaced them but it took more than a week to arrive. They had me submit a photo to actually show they were the wrong size. Other than that they serve our purpose, look good and very very cost effective.”

“Shades look great. Love the top-down-bottom-up option, which works well with air-conditioners installed in windows. Shades allow light in, yet provide privacy. Would order again.”

“We measured our windows incorrectly and the return and upgrade process was very easy. When the new blinds came I thought there was a problem with them and the customer service reps were very helpful and offered to fix the product. It turned out that I was able to fix the blinds myself and they are great!”
