“This is my second order with Blindster. The first order was perfect, but the second order had a bent pole for one of the shades and could't be used. I used the chat and received a quick response that they would replace it and ship it after I provided them with a picture, which I did in the chat, but it would take the same shipping and production time as before. I understand that, but since this was 6 business days ago I still have not received an update on the order for the replacement and there isn't anything listed under my account. I would just like to know that it is actually being made and sent at some point. My office looks ridiculous with all othe windows covered except one.”

“I love them. I ordered two. The same size. I fix perfectly the other extremely tight but my husband did get it to fix. However, the pull strings are two different lengths. My husband needs to fix this. That is very disappointing!! It is very noticeable and can't stay the way it manufactured and sent!!”

“We needed the shades for the sunroom. We lost 2 trees and really miss the shade they provided. The solar blinds did the trick. They keep the blinding sun out yet we can see through them. Great price and product!”

“The product was good quality, but hoped you wouldn't be able to see in at night and somewhat disappointed about that aspect. You can't see everything, but you can see.”
