“So we hung them, easy install. Great! Then started to program them. The fabric was not level so I pushed the button until all the fabric was all the way out, in order to roll it back up evenly. As it let out to its full length the entire piece of fabric fell off the roller!!! We took the housing down to see how it came detached. Just a tacky strip was holding the fabric on. It wasn't pinched into anything that we could see. We finally got the fabric evenly onto the roll and rolled it bk on using the motor. It was a lot of extra work. Now I know to be extra careful to program the lowest setting and not let the fabric come out fully. It really shouldn't be just on a tacky strip. I should be able to let it out fully and not worry it will fall off the roll.”
