“We had some difficulties with our first order of Faux Wood Plantation Shutters. Some parts were missing, and there were some other issues getting assistance to fix the problems. That being said, the company did get contact us with an apology and a partial refund to help compensate for the difficulties. The shutters transformed our downstairs living areas in a highly desirable way. As a result, we decided to use Blindster again, and put the shutters on all of our windows throughout the house. The second order was handled perfectly; all the needed parts were in place and the construction of the blinds was perfect. We installed them ourselves and they look great. Thanks to Sandra Rawline in the Customer Service department for your assistance. We are happy customers, and we are letting our friends know what a great decision this was.”

“Ordering process was easy. Employee verified that shutter specs were correct before going into production. Shutters arrived faster than estimated delivery date. I was surprised to see label that said Made in Mexico. Two of the three shutters were easy to install. The third one was difficult to square and install. It took myself and two contract workers over an hour to get it installed reasonably square.”
