“Product shipped wonderfully protected. There was a lack of instructions, however it was fairly intuitive to assemble and install. All the fasteners and parts were shipped in separate bags and labeled. The shutters are of good quality fit and finish. There was one major issue one off the frames was shipped without hinges to receive the shutter. I did contact customer service and they provided the part. I still have not received them as of this review.”

“Simply put...these shutters cannot be beat for quality or price. They're fantastic. This company has revolutionized the ability to have shutters. I did 6 windows, 3 large and 3 smaller. I was intimidated at first because they don't come with instructions, but I watched the 1:09 minute video and it literally told you everything you need to know and do. It's literally that simple. After the first one, it took me about 20 minutes per window to install them. I did figure out to put a small shim into the top portion to make it nice and snug for when the shutters close (100% totally optional). The quality is absolutely wonderful! If you can afford to do real wood shutters, then you wouldn't be reading this. But if you're looking for a good shutter that's affordable and good quality, look no further. I can't say it enough how nice they are. 100000% recommend these for anyone wanting shutters vice blinds.”

“I installed the shutters myself, no assistance, in less than an hour (double window, 4 panels). They appear to be of good quality. I'm generally happy with the product and outcome and would definitely consider doing additional windows/rooms in the future. Only issue encountered is attaching lower rail (outside mount). I have replacement windows, can't run screw through rail into window. I'll attach a small wood brace behind rail on the sill in center of window and screw the lower rail into that to hold in place.”
