“Why did I wait so long! These are great looking and so easy to put up yourself! I did it by looking at the YouTube video. They have given my windows a neat and finished look. I LOVE being able to open the top for light but keep bottom closed for privacy since I'm on ground level. The quality is good, they are sturdy. I got the 3" clear view, without the middle rod. I highly recommend the faux wood shutters.”
