“The shutters are beautiful however, they were not the proper size. The additional inch and a half on each end was not added therefore they were not long enough. The good news is you guys were great when it came to remedying the situation. I am waiting for my replacement shutters. I thought I would have them by now as they said they would ship this week however, hopefully they will arrive soon”

“Really nice. Easy to install. Everyone that has seen them is impressed. Only one negative thing. When i cecked on my order at various times, it always indicated "in production.". Then one day they magically were delivered. I even checked a week after receiving, it still indicated "in production".”

“My window is just shy of 95" wide. I purchased the faux wood plantation shutters with the z frame. They fit perfectly and are simple to install. I love them! They're lightweight, but I won't open them all the way because I'm worried about them pulling. They aren't on a track, so I have to lift them up a bit to fully shut them inside the frame.”

“Not happy with the rod assembly as the shutters are sloppy, not as ridged as prior models. Also my last purchase had two very long windows and there's only one tab at the top and bottom of each shutter so when opening and closing they tend to pop open. There should be an additional tab in the middle of larger windows to prevent the shutter from opening. My shutter will hinge open when walking by, so I had to make shims to keep the shutter closed.”
