“Process was OK. If I could make a suggestion that would have helped us tremendously, it would be to have been able to text or email pictures of our doors to shoe just how close the knob is to the glass. I think a rounded cutout for the knobs would work better. Our knobs are literally touching the side of the shutters making it difficult to turn to open.”

“We were a little comprehensive to try this DIY project. Many Thanks for the professional and expertise help from Kim who took our order and from James who reviewed and approved that we had measured correctly, The shutters came in with labels which made it very easy to follow the directions and install. All our concern and worry for nothing, it was a piece of cake to install them!!!! They fit our 4 windows like a glove, PERFECT!!! I'm about to order faux wood blinds for 10 windows and 3 french doors. So yes, I would recommend this company.”

“I was so glad to work with the staff to ensure my shutters were the right size. The shutters arrived and were packaged very well. They went up very easily, well marked so you knew exactly where each piece went. Wish I had more windows that needed shutters!”

“Shutters were excellent and look beautiful installed. The measurement process on the website was fantastic, plus I got a call about the measurements before the order was initiated. They fit great and look great. Installation was easy for me, because I'm used to doing things myself, however some mounting holes were not pre-drilled, so I did it myself.”
