“I loved the Detoxify programme so much that, once I had done the 7 days, I started over again! The recipes are delicious and I was pleasantly surprised by the portions. I was expecting to be a bit hungry but I was fully satisfied after every meal. Some of the recipes were easy enough to multiply up so my whole family had them and enjoyed them too. I loved having the 45 minute yoga every day, each one different and challenging in their own way, and, as always, beautifully filmed and delivered. Thankyou Juliana and Mark for your offerings to us. “Detoxify, was beautiful beyond words. The program brought to me a whole new world of eating and Ive grown so much in the vegan kitchen. “Such an amazing program - I am going to revisit this one again and again. The meal planning guide along with the meal planning videos eased the stress of prepping and cooking dishes I am not familiar with; these meals are all within reach! The asana side was challenging and rewarding! Honestly though, I purchased the program for the meal planning side and I ate so clean and organic over the last week, I felt like a new person.
