“This program was overall very satisfying, but for the price, I wished that it last a little longer, like two weeks. The recipes were very yummy, except the pancakes that didn’t cooked, I used exactly the same ingredients as you guys but mine sticked to the pan and never cooked in the center, so I had to pass on this one. In the end of the week I lost 2 kilos, the yoga and detoxify part were very pleasant to do and the feeling after is nice :)”

“I don’t know whether I over sensitive or what, but I do feel the burning sensations in my tummy especially for the last few classes. Day 4 n day 7 are challenging, but love it in the way to be able to push myself further…thanks for such a great program. No regrets in purchasing it.”

“My digestive system has been bugging me for a bit. Taking Boho’s detoxify class really helped in not only eating healthier but also learning in many ways in how to tend to my digestive system the best I could. Starting off with diet! I learned so many different plant-based recipes that I loved! Will be coming back to this class back to back for sure! Highly recommend!”
