Juliana really has a gift at explaining & demonstrating the yoga asanas in these practices. I didn't think I would be able to reach the level of flexibility and balance I wanted but thanks to these classes I have really surprised myself. And of course the recipes are fantastic too. “Great detoxification program. My body is not flexible enough to do all the postures but I know it will come with time. One issue for me was the meals as for some it takes a bit of time to prepare and I did not always had it so as I had left overs from the previous day, sometimes I changed some meals and ate twice the same meal 2 days in a row.”

“I bought this program for myself the week before my 50th birthday as a way to start my year off on a positive note! Yoga videos were great! Challenging but with a nice mix of more relaxing days that kept it manageable and enjoyable. The meal plan was really good and inspired me to continue with the vegan lifestyle thanks to the variety of options and realization that it wasn’t as hard to go vegan as I thought it might be. (Only 2 weeks but still going strong!) I’ve been doing the videos on your site almost daily ever since my local yoga studio closed down due to COVID and have absolutely been loving them! I have tried a lot of online yoga classes and yours are by far the best. I recommend your site to all of my yogi friends! Have you ever considered doing an online teacher training program? You should! I think you would be great”

“I am so so happy with your program. I love that it comes in the format of an app with downloadable material. I often spend time at my cottage and the cell service is very bad out there, which I like, except when I’d like to do a yoga class and such. So having all of the materials downloaded and ready to go no matter where I’m at is a huge benefit to me. The quality of the classes are exceptional. I’m staying focused on the journey not the destination and I’m already noticing my strength is coming back. I have scheduled out each program and plan on doing them all! The two of you are amazing, Canadians no less. Your story is so inspiring. Thank-you for all your hard work Xox”
