“This was such a beautiful week! I was pleasantly surprised with the planning and detail put into this program. I loved having the preparation video of each meal to compliment the program guide which includes meal & shopping list along with full recipes. And the yoga complimented each day. Not easy yoga but so good. She strongly encouraged you to do listen to your body. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a way to break unhealthy habits. The recipes were all really good and out of my box type meals. I didn’t miss meat or sugars at all! Never felt hungry at all. It is a bit time consuming with the food prep but I hope to improve as I continue to enjoy these type meals.. I fell into my regular go to’s last week, but I am looking forward to starting it over again this week. Thanks so much! I look forward to trying the retreat program in the future.”

“It’s amazing program, i love the yoga class and your recipes are so good! I love the view from your video, currently in Quebec it´s so cold ❄️⛄️ i love winter and skiing but i love sunshine and beach to! This year it’s not possible to make a trip but i did it with your video!☀️”

“I signed up to the program for the yoga practice not the food program as I am currently not ready to take on a vegan diet so I can only comment on the yoga program which is amazing!! So well thought of and challenging loved it and will for sure repeat time and time again. I’m hoping to be in the right frame of mind to follow the food program which looks amazing and inspiring.”

“I bought detoxify for myself as a gift to ring in the new (less toxic) year. Detoxify is hands down the best gift I have ever given myself. I have celiac disease and went undiagnosed for years, so the twisting yoga postures really help me and this program is loaded with them. Also I was worried I might not be able to use some of the recipes because of my allergy, but they are super understanding of wheat allergies and give suggestions on alternative ingredients to use and do not include much wheat in the program. I feel a debt of gratitude to Juliana and Mark for their free YouTube yoga video’s and for the health they have restored to my life. Detoxify is such a gift. Thank you, thank you,”
