“As all programmes Detoxify is great. Great videos, sadly haven't got a chance to cook the meals though they all look great. I now have all the programmesl. if you were to buy one i'd go for 10 days but all are great and worth buying if you can afford. Love BB!”

“I am on day 6 of the program, and am loving it. The yoga sessions are really good, seems to fit with what I have been feeling on each day. The recipes have been very enjoyable. I haven't felt hungry...or like I'm missing anything, very nourishing, I will continue using many of the recipes. Absolutely in love with the iguana toast...YUMM! I'm feeling really good, just the kickstart I have been wanting for this time of year. Only one thing missing...I wish I was on a beach too!! I am going to keep following this program...at least for a few weeks. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get on healthy eating, and regular yoga practice...feels so good!”

“I absolutely loved the Detoxify program. I planned for the 7-days I would focus on the program and gave it my complete attention. I loved every day. I planned and purchased all the food items ahead of time, and the night before, read the recipes for the next day. I had so much to look forward to every single day. The vegan meals were so delicious and easy to prepare I just couldn't believe it! The video demos and food taught me how to better prepare vegan food. The meals along with the yoga for the day were a perfect complement. I especially worked at the twisting and core detox yoga. I really felt like my body did detox from the 7 days of plant based food and specific yoga. And, I also felt like I got a mini vaca to Costa Rica! The images were stunning and so inspiring that I now want to plan a trip there. This was a special 7-days. It gave me a short goal to do and it was fun and beautiful--thank you again Bohobeautiful!!”
