“I love the Detoxify program so much that I’m actually disappointed that my 7 days is already up. I had neck and back pain when I started this and I now feel no pain. The twisting asanas have really helped means I love the balance of intense and restorative routines. I chose the “Full” program so that I could have access to all of the recipes and I’ve been making them all, including the juices and smoothies. I’m a mama with 2 sons and our 4 person family all loves these recipes. My 5 and 8 year old boys are also jumping in on the yoga with me. Now all I ask is that Juliana and Mark extend this to a 21 day program. I feel ALL IN and want to keep it up.”

“This is now the third programme that I have purchased, and as usual this does not disappoint. The quality of the videos and the location is stunning. I haven't followed the diet strictly, but I have followed the Yoga programme and have still found this to be effective. This is definitely a programme that I will revisit many times. “Hi guys, I follow Detoxify program I recently purchased to indulge myself/ my birthday is in October/. I like your menus, I am quite adventurous in this myself. The training sessions I find challenging but inspirational as I already feel more energetic and going back to my previous healthy body shape/ thank you for that.
