“Although I've been following the free videos on YouTube for a while now, during my quarantined vacation I decided to purchase several full programs, and begin with my diet. The detoxify program was a good start. I actually began with doing just the yoga videos, and then went back and followed the recipe videos after grocery shopping (I was impatient). I'm not a big fan of bread, and I can't find all of the ingredients in Morocco, but most of the recipes were adaptable enough. The whole thing was productive and enjoyable.”

“Already love Boho Beautiful and use their videos all of the time. I decided to try two programs this summer while enjoying my staycation. The Detoxify program is a great program that is easy to follow. Recipes were better than expected. My whole family embraced plant based eating for the whole week. Felt a bit tired and irritable on day 2 but things improved after that. I can already notice differences in my body. Looking forward to doing Transform next.”

“Hi, my name is Abbie and I have been following Boho Beautiful for over a year and it has been inspiring. I had been considering changing my lifestyle and following a vegan diet for a while since I became vegetarian last year. After purchasing and completing the Boho Beautiful in 10 days program I bought the Boho Beautiful Detoxify program and thought it would be a wonderful way to introduce myself to the vegan lifestyle. I have gained some great knowledge about what vegans eat and learnt how to cook some good vegan meals. The program helped me develop my knowledge on what foods I should eat to make sure I am including all the necessary nutrients and vitamins required to maintain a healthy vegan lifestyle. It has a great amount of useful information that I will continue to use and has made the transition much easier. I love the variety of meals, smoothies and juices that are included in the meal plan and eating guide and the way it has been created has made it easy to read and follow. The daily yoga classes are amazing and a perfect length of time, followed by the mediation sessions this program will leave you feeling refreshed, revived and ready to take on the world. Juliana has a lovely calming and soothing voice and her words of wisdom will fill you with lots of positive thoughts and motivation. I recommend the program to all yoga enthusiasts who are wanting to try something new and be inspired.”
