“Great program and beautiful videos. I find Juliana’s workouts super relaxing for my mind. Feeling refreshed and centered after. The meals in the program are very diverse and tasty. I did however feel lack of protein; breakfasts are mainly full on carbs.I added vegan protein to smoothies to get at least 60-70 gr of protein for the day.”

“I think what you both are doing is wonderful. I watched your videos every day during the quarantine and it really helped me keep a healthy mind and body . I wanted to thank you by purchasing one of your programs, not knowing anything about it. That program is so thoughtful and simple. Love the way it’s organized. You can come back and forth between the nutrition and yoga lessons. I had to interrupt the program to go on vacation but I can’t wait to go back to it. Love you guys. Keep on doing what you do.”

“I love the detoxify program! The 7 day menus were easy to follow and delicious. I was worried the ingredients would be hard to find but they were all at my local grocery store. I felt full and satisfied after each meal. The yoga portion was great. I’ve been watching Julianas shorter YouTube videos for awhile now and I’m glad I took the plunge and purchased this program with the longer yoga sessions. Well worth it!”
