“The chair seems ok, but it just looks and feels a little.....cheap. I can't say the description was inaccurate or anything like that and it is comfortable for the most part. I guess I'm just underwhelmed.”

“All these 5 star reviews must be fake because this chair is just plain awful and really cheaply made. It gives zero lower back support and the lumbar support pillow is so small and stiff that it just digs into your back. The base pillow is too plush and doesn't provide any support to your lower back. after sitting in this chair for a week I'm dealing with aches and pains and regrets. I Stupidly bought it from the outlet sale thinking I wouldn't have to return because I would be sitting on a cloud but boy was I wrong. Do not buy this chair.”
