“The chair is built very solid and the seat cushion is amazing. I unfortunately didn't find the lumbar support a good fit for me. There is not enough lumbar support and the back is very straight without much curve. I also didn't like the headrest. It was positioned too far forward for me. As such, I ended up returning the chair. BTOD's service was excellent though. I received the chair quickly and the return process was very simple.”

The sturdy base, well-assorted assembly tools, even the instruction manual looks exquisite! everything was just so well-built! I have went through many chairs online over the market, only this one is customizable for the seat height and offers an option for big and tall people! Something can be improved, the fabric on the seat and back can be softer and also the product should be calibrated to avoid the squeaky sound from the armrest!”
