“The comfort level of this chair is just great. Supportive, perfect adjustability, great for weary buns. I sit at my desk from anywhere from 9-12 hours a day and this is the first chair I've tried in many years where I'm not going numb or sore at the end of the day.
It arrived quicker than anticipated. It was easy to put together, instructions were complete. Thought it might have been missing a couple washers because the hardware packet indicated there should have been a couple plastic ones, but the instructions didn't include them anyway, so I'm guessing it was just shared packaging with another model.
