“Easy to put together. Very comfortable seat. Customer service with BOTD outstanding when there was an issue with delivery of another product. Will use them again.”
“I love the chair. Easy to assemble, great quality and very comfortable. The customer service during the ordering was excellent and chair was delivered on time. The only keeping this from being a 5 star was the chair (I think the arms) have a very strong "new plastic" smell that took over a week to go away. I had to leave the chair outside for a few days just to try to get rid of the smell. Other family members say they still smell it but maybe I'm just used to it now.”
“Two components here: #1) Dealing with BTOD. They are absolutely the best. Lots of information and very responsive to telephonic and e-mail questions. Secondly, the Akir chair is just fantastic. It is the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in and I've worked in offices for over 45 years before I retired so I've done a lot of sitting. Assembling the Akir chair was about 20 minutes. My wife was the brains on this one. Oh, BTW, the chair arrived at my doorstep one day earlier than expected.”
“Good overall office chair with several ergonomic adjustments. Wish the lumbar support was better. Was drawn to this chair because of the well padded seat cushion reviews and it is probably one of the best I have used. The fabric that covers the seat could be better..it rubs the skin a bit if your wearing shorts because its a mesh like material. Packaging and assembly was good. Good customer service. I was notified that an option/part that I ordered was not in stock and a representative reached out and ensured me another would work for me after few questions and it worked out great thank you!”
“Saw the video for this chair on YouTube when searching online. I was looking for something relatively affordable with decent specs, and was unaware of BTOD until I stumbled onto their channel.
It arrived shipped as advertised, it's pretty comfortable for the price - and I think it's justified. The warranty is also hard to beat for such a chair.
My only complaint is that it took a lot of work to put together. Some parts are heavy. So if you buy the chair - make sure you have someone to help you put it together.”
