“Chair came fast, was suprised it came from a manufacturer in Cinncinnati OH. Everything was in the box and nothing was damaged. Assembly pretty easy but still not fun to have to do.
On to the chair itself. Not bad decent quality, a step or so above the stuff you will find at the box stores selling office equipment. I'm 5'8" and right at the point that going with the short cylinder might have been best. I chose the regular and the chair fits at all the way down pretty well, but the shorter cylinder probably would have been better for me. Also the seat depth adjustment could use more adjustment outward as maxed out is barely adequate for my shorter legs. Seat is pretty comfy for 2-3 hour stretches and an average work day.
I bought this chair because I needed a better chair while working from home lately. Sure beats the dinning room chair I was using prior, that was starting to get painful after a short while. I am overall happy with the chair and the purchase experience was very good as well.
IMO though the chair is priced higher than it should be by about 20% for its quality. I'm guessing the "free" shipping is also factored into the price equation.

“Was well packed and easy to assemble. The cushion is thicker than usual, so the chair is comfortable as I expected. The short height option helped me because I am not very tall. It will be interesting to see how well the cushion and fabric hold up over time.”
“I did extensive research in this price range an this chair is great. I received the chair in less than a week of ordering. It took 20 minutes to put together. It is very comfortable and adjustable. I am 6'4" and fits me perfectly. I needed a new chair while working from home.”
“The seat for this chair is truly thick! I did notice that it is better to unlock the left side lock that allows the back to lean backwards. You might think to cause the tension to be adjustable to neutral. I have it set all the way down and would still like less tension but this is not a negative. I did not order the headrest and should have. When I tried to lean all the way back, the headrest would have been nice. I like the three adjustments for the arms. The seat adjust to go further out and back is a really nice feature. I did find out that adjusting all the way out did cause knee pain so I brought it back in and all is fine. This chair is very supportive. I picked the smallest piston and am glad I did. I am 5' 7" tall but not that long legged so the small piston was the best choice.”
