Solid table overall, shipping was within the expected time frame though it was a long window from when you order. Table is heavy, motor is a little louder than I expected but it's nothing close to annoying. The assembly was a pain. Granted I did it alone in a small space with crappy power tools and ended up manually doing most of the work. I screwed in some screw and noticed bulging and it was very difficult to get them past the halfway mark, so I ended up drilling larger holes. I don't think this was part of the steps but it was the only way for me to have it tighten all the way in. I could get my power drill to tighten it nor manually without a lot of work per screw. (and I'm no light weight). I ended up drilling to far and have holes on the other side, but that's 100% my fault. It doesn't bother me too much since my monitor stands and accessories cover it. There are also 2 different sized hex screws. I don't understand why all the screws aren't uniform. If anything, just make them all the same size hex. Packaging for the motor, stands, and accessories was good but the table slab itself felt lacking. one side had a thin strip of paper buffering it from the cardboard packaging. The cardboard packaging is also a pain to remove, which is both good and bad. Shows it's very secure as it's glued all over and then stapled together but the only way to remove the contents from the package was to rip the package to shreds. Overall, I really like the table and the quality. The only real cons that I went in detail are the packaging and assembly; they have room for improvement. I spent about 3 hours and 15 minutes assembling it myself given my power tools are garbage and I mostly did everything by hand. Might post a thread on reddit or something with my experience and progress as I took pictures along the way and also timed myself. I will say, once you assemble it, it's a great desk. My company has steelcase electric desks (don't know the model, I think they're series 7) and this is very similar in quality but larger in size and like half the cost. It's a very stable desk and looks gorgeous, I just really hated the assembly and long wait time (which I can understand but I'm just impatient)

The BTOD.com staff were awesome! Best people to work with and highly recommend buying your standing desk through them. They test all of them and I couldn't be happier with my desk. Pair it with a Topgo ergodriven mat and you're all set.

Assembled my 71" stand-up desk last weekend. Would rate a 5 except for difficulty of assembling hex rod drive bar. Instructions could be much clearer and should state that this is a two person operation. Was not able to align both drive holes until anchoring the base with the motor with two screws so one side was stable. Suggest including an allen wrency the same size as hex bar to adjust alignment. Also, pre-drilled holes for the hex bar cover were in totally wrong place and had to drill new holes, which took all of 5 minutesMy only other complaint is that the memory height controller is finicky and requires several attempts before accepting a setting. I probably have about 100 lbs between large monitor and flat screed ty and stability is excellent. Impressed with the quiet operation of the motor. Would not recommend for assembly by anyone who is not a mechanically inclined fixer upper.

The desk is amazing. No problems. However the desktops were packed in a box that was prone to damage. When they arrived the desktops were damaged. Thankfully the company quickly sent the replacement tops in much better packaging and although a bit torn, the tops survived unscathed. We love our VertDesks!!!!

Like it. A little hard to put together without some help on attaching the lift rod. Well built and heavy. Paired to t with a triple arm monitors setup. Looks and works great so far, only using it for 3 days.
